When you're struggling it isn't easy to ask for help. Life is crazy sometimes and if you are reading this, you are probably struggling in some way. Just thinking about making a counseling appointment can be challenging, too. Maybe you're a parent worried sick about your teen dealing with stress and anxiety. Maybe you are at a place in your own life where things feel chaotic and you can't decide which way is up. Maybe life just feels numb right now and you know something isn't right. Whatever is going on, there is hope and you are in the right place.

Mandi believes that change begins when a person is provided a safe and non judgmental environment. Mandi provides that safe place where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors and learn to understand how the 3 relate to one another. You have more control over what is happening than you probably realize and Mandi can help you learn to gain control again.

Mandi Dixon is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern with over 7 years of experience working with adults and children in agencies and school settings. She completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Oklahoma State University and a Master of Arts degree in Human Relations at the University of Oklahoma. Mandi then went on to earn a second Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

Mandi loves working with teens and adults, and has spent the majority of her career helping clients who struggle with anxiety. She also helps children of all ages that struggle with depression, anxiety, home problems, low self-esteem, behavior issues, ADHD, divorce and parenting issues.
